The Bunker is always looking for new bands. Promoted by Worcester based Backstage Promotions the Bunker Club is an opportunity for local and touring bands to showcase their talents in a great city centre venue. The promoters do not intend to make any money from The Bunker! In fact, all profits go to you - the bands. Where's the catch? Well, there isn't one! It is in our interest to see new bands and we don't always get a chance to come to you, so we decided it would be a good idea to get you to come to us. We provide you with a great venue, a PA, stage lighting, monitor system, sound engineer, posters, local advertising, newspaper and radio listings and our full support. These costs (around £50) are covered by the door revenue. All profits then go to you. As an added incentive the venue will also throw in a case of beer for your rider! ![]() ![]() Contact us now and secure a gig at The Bunker All we ask is that you do your best to help promote your gig. With two bands playing each night it shouldn't be too difficult to attract 25 or so customers to cover the costs, and let's face it, if you want to impress us and other promoters and bookers that will be at Keystones on your night, it is in your interest to get as many friends and fans down to support you. In the unlikely event that the costs are not covered on the door, don't worry - we will help with the shortfall. Of course, if this happens too often we may be forced to pull the night - let's hope not! So, if you are an original band and you are looking for a gig drop us a line now and we'll talk dates... Email us here: info@backstagepromotions.co.uk | ![]() Are you a Promoter? If you are a promoter looking for a venue give us a call. We have a great sound system, with monitoring, stage and FX lighting, a qualified sound engineer and excellent local and national active press contacts. The deal is the same for promoters as for the bands - you get all the profit from the door take after costs (normally around £50). Please give us a call now to discuss dates and availability. Or drop us an email here. ![]() The Misers at The Bunker - Photo by Richard Shakespeare |
